  Comments:
Deficiencies noted are as follows:
1. Nitrate MCL Violation and Monitoring Deficiency. We would like the water system to evaluate the Nitrate levels for Well #2 because it is deeper than Well #1 and may be less suseptible to Nitrate contamination. We have also not received a Nitrate sample for 2009. Please collect and report 1st quarter Nitrate sample.
2. Radiological Monitoring Deficiency. Initial 4 consecutive quarters of radiological monitoring needs to be completed. Please collect 1st quarter samples for Gross Alpha, Radium 226/228 and Uranium as soon as possible.
3. Unapproved household bleach used for disinfection. Disinfection products added to water system are required to meet NSF Standard 60 for drinking water treatment chemicals.
4. Untested backflow device on Well #2. - Corrected. Backflow device on Well #2 needs to be tested by a certified backflow tester annually to verify that it is working properly. 10/29/10 - DCVA replaced with single check valve and no longer requires testing.
5. No written Coliform Sampling Plan.
6. No Operation and Maintence Manual.
