The deficiencies noted are as follows: 1. Develop an Emergency Response Plan (ERP). I have enclosed a checklist to help you create a comprehensive and useful ERP. 2. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all operators. In addition, I have the following comments: 2. While you already generate a turbidity profile every month for your filters, I have enclosed an example profile. Please make sure that all the components on this example are included in your profiles.
