| Comments: Direct integrity testing of the membranes not performed daily (OAR 333-061-0032(4)(e)(B)). At the time of the survey, weekly direct integrity testing of the membranes was being performed, however, recent rule changes (Long-Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule) now require this testing to be performed daily. the roof was unable to keep debris, rainwater, birds, and other contaminants out of the water. The screening around the inlet piping must be replaced with material that prevents entry of these contaminants. The photographs below illustrate the deficiencies found for the 500,000 gallon “Bowl” reservoir: Annual VOC Sampling for EP-A (Ranney Collectors) not completed (OAR 333-061-0036(3)(b)(C)(i)). In the last water system survey conducted in 2006, it was documented that annual VOC sampling was required for EP-A (Ranney Collectors), consistent with OAR 333-061-0036(3)(b)(C)(i). Our records indicated that sampling for VOC was last completed in 2005. Please resume annual VOC sampling for EP-A and submit any results for sampling that may have been completed in 2006, 2007, 2008, or 2009.
