Comments: Source- Well Construction: Caulk or otherwise seal the electric wire entry port in the well head to preclude insects or other contaminants (sanitary seal not watertight). Turn the raw water sample tap downward to preclude contaminants from forming in the hose bib. Label all valves and map or define the 'pump to waste' piping diagram and procedures. Finished Water Storage: Define or map the "pump to waste" valving plan. Distribution: Install an atmospheric vacuum breaker on any hose bib where a hose can be attached. Management and Operations: Update the emergency response plan. Monitoring: Update coliform sampling plan. This site visit has not been entered into the deficiency database. | ||||||
