Springbox missing. No raw water sample tap. Chlorine residual not being sampled. Reservoir overflow not screened. Overflow pipe at tank junction not water tight. Ecoli positives in 2007 & 2008. Missing coliform results. No coliform sampling plan. System on AO and is out of compliance with this order. No plan review for chlorinator. No ERP. Public notice not issued as required.
