Add small mesh screening to bottom portion of air gap at reservoir wall where roof meets concrete. Locate all dead ends and conduct routine flushing two times per year. Create a service area and facility map. Clean reservooir. Recommend install pipe off valve to create drain to daylight. Update emergency response plan.
