  Comments:
Turbidity monitoring location must be upstream of storage. Turbidiy meter calibration must be done quarterly CT calculations not being done daily. Chlorination is not proportional to flow. Overflow has no flap valve or screen. Hatch on reservoir not shoebox type lid. Standard Operating Procedures need updating.
