No raw water sample tap. Well head vent screen needs to be replaced. Chlorine residual not being measured/recorded. DPD type chlorine test kit not being used. No coliform sampling plan. Monitoring (coliform, nitrate, arsenic) not current. No operations and maintenance manual. Emergency response plan not completed. Need 1 time Arsenic result.
