Treatment 1. Incorrect combined filter effluent turbidity monitoring location. 2. Need auto dial alarm for high turbidity. 3. Turbidity profiles following backwash should be done quarterly. 4. Tracer study needed for contact time for disinfection. 5. Calculate CTs every day for disinfection. 6. Need to monitor paired raw/treated Total Organic Carbon and raw alkalinity monthly. 7. Operations & Maintenance Manual needed. 8. Emergency Response Plan needs to be developed.
