| Comments: Significant Deficiencies
1. Top of the well casing appears to be rusting away. It is unclear if there is an actual opening. Investigate and repair if necessary. 2. A summary of monitoring requirements can be found on the water quality monitoring page. Please maintain a copy and refer to it for future scheduling. 3. The coliform requirement for a transient system is quarterly. Ideally, the sample is taken at the beginning of the 1st month of the quarter. 4. A coliform sampling plan is included. Staff should be familiar with the plan so that samples can be taken should you or Hydee are not available.
