  Comments:
1. The contact time used for disinfection verification is to be based on the results of a tracer study. 2. Until the tracer study is conducted, the peak hourly demand flow exiting the clearwell, rather than the flow measured before the filter plant, needs to be used to determine contact time for disinfection. 3. Develop or provide for DWP review a coliform sampling plan that includes a sampling narrative and location map, and site addresses for routine and corresponding four repeat samples for each routine, in the event of a routine coliform positive. 4. Disinfection By-Product sampling is past due. Please ensure that Disinfection By-Products-DBP (total trihalomethanes and haleoacitic acids) sampling occurs every year between June 1st and September 30th.
