  Comments:
1. The contact time used for disinfection verification is to be based on the results of a tracer study. 2. Until the tracer study is conducted, the peak hourly demand flow exiting the clearwell, rather than the flow measured before the filter plant, needs to be used to determine contact time for disinfection. 3. Develop or provide for DWP review a coliform sampling plan 4. Disinfection By-Product sampling is past due.
