The recommendations noted are as follows:

1. Seal the gap in the wire conduit on the #2 wellhead.
2. Remove hoses from hose bibs when finished to reduce back siphon potential.
3. Locate and update your ERP (template enclosed).
4. Update your coliform sampling plan to reflect the GWR.
To achieve 10mg/L chlorine concentrate in 10k gallons water, use 18oz calcium hypochlorite (65% granulated) or 2 gallson sodium
hypochlorite(5.25% liquid bleach). Use increments of this receipt to adjust concentrations.
