1. Consideration should be given to reconfiguring the pump and piping so the lid can be opened for inspection without
shutting down the system and disassembling pump. Lid should be evaluated to insure it is water tight.
Monitoring
1. Submit an annual source sample before 12/31/2010.
2. Most current coliform sampling plan template should replace older version.
