1. Tracer study or alternative not conducted. No means to adequately determine disinfection contact time under peak flow and minimum storage conditions.

Management & Operations Deficiencies
1. No Emergency Response Plan.

The recommendations noted are as follows:

1. Complete construction of building around filters and storage tanks.
2. Camp Yamhill is required to monitor for Nitrates once per year, coliform once per month,
and to maintain and provide surface water treatment rule documents monthly.
3. I have included directions on how to perform a tracer study. Please review and become
acquainted with the process. Yamhill County will need your assistance in performing this task.
