The recommendations noted are as follows:

1. Lead and copper demonstration rounds must be conducted to prove that your system
does not need corrosion control. Ten samples, six months apart will need to be done.
2. A stable concrete slab around both wells, to protect the well head, is highly recommended.
3. The water system distribution map should be updated.
4. A summary of your monitoring requirements can be found on page 13. Please maintain
a copy of this page and refer to it for future monitoring scheduling.
