  Comments:
The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Treatment Deficiencies
1. CT values not being calculated correctly.
2. Incorrect location for compliance/turbidity monitoring.
3. Minimum CT Requirement not met all times.
4. No Effluent flow meter.

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
1. Hatch not locked or adequately secured.

Management & Operations Deficiencies
1. No Operation and Maintenance Manual.
2. No Emergency Response Plan.

The recommendations noted are as follows:

1. The DWP has established criteria for determining whether a system should be considered to have "outstanding performance".
Systems that are designated outstanding performers may have their water system survey frequency reduced from every 3 years to
every 5 years.
2.Overgrown vegetation around the storage tanks during the survey. Recommend setting up a cleaning schedule
(written down in your operations & maintenance manual) to keep the vegetation from over-growing and possibly entering
the tanks.
