1. The DWP has established criteria for determining whether a system should be considered to have "outstanding performance".
Although your water system failed to mee the criteria, please review to see what steps to take in the future towards receiving
this designation.
2. System does not record annual amount of water pumped by each individual well. Mentioned to operator that this should be a
standard practice in the future.
3. Berlin well head is located in a horse boarding facility. There are large piles of horse manure within approximately 50ft of well.
