1. Complete the DRC form designating the certified operator and submit a copy to the DWP. This will be changed to a significant
deficiency if not received by the State in 126 days. 2. Submit form 141 to officially change the sample site for your Lead & Copper sampling plan. 3. Update your coliform sampling plan on the template provided to reflect required source sampling for repeat samples. 4. Thoroughly clean the interior of the well houses to reduce potential contamination. 5. Review the water quality monitoring page and cross check the schedule with your lab.
