The recommendations and comments noted are as follows:

1. Report all positive bacteriological and chemical results in exceedance of the MCL to this office within 24 hours of
notification from your laboratory. At that time we will assist you with repeat sampling procedures, corrective measures, and information
regarding public notification.

2. Notify all users by issuing public notice whenver a contaminant level has been exceeded or a reporting requirement
has not been met. The notice must be posted or hand delivered to ensure that each user is aware of the MCL exceedance
or the monitoring and reporting violation. The public notice template can be obtained from here
or by contacting our office. Please provide us with a copy of the notice for our records.
