The recommendations and comments noted are as follows:

1. The well house did not have a lock on the door at the time of the survey. I recommend placing a padlock on the well house door in order
to prevent unauthorized entry.

2. There is no pump to waste piping. Install pump to waste piping so that all of the water from the well can be dumped to waste if need be.
