  Comments:

Outstanding Performer
There were no significant deficiencies found.

The recommendations and comments noted are as follows:

1. At one time, a third well supplied water to, and was included as part of this system. A letter from Scott Curry to the former park owner, Marilyn Leffler,
dated May 7, 2008 not that "Well #3 is no longer a part of the water system". Please notify our office if this is not the case.

2. Emergency Response Plan: The "Scheduling Reminders" page lists several chemical monitoring dates that have passed: this page should be
updated. The "#4 requirements" page notes that "Nitrate is tested annually in July drawing the sample at the source". Please note that most chemicals,
including Nitrate, are to be sampled at the entry point and not the source. Please contact for clarification on this if needed. This page also
notes that "Well #1 is used to obstain water samples for all testing that is to be done at the source". Please note that only under rare circumstances
will well #1 be exclusively sampled.
No significant deficiencies or unmet rule requirements were identified for this survey.
