The recommendations and comments noted are as follows :

1. Report ALL positive bacteriological and chemical results in exceedance of the MCL to this office within 24 hours of notification from your laboratory.
At that time we will assist you with repeat sampling procedures, corrective measures, and information regarding public notification.

2. Notify all users by issuing public notice whenever a contaminant level has been exceeded or a reporting requirement has not been met. The notice
must be posted or hand delivered to ensure that teach user is aware of the MCL exccedance or the MNR violation.
