Treatment Deficiencies
No alarm for high effluent turbidity when no operator present,
Turbidity profiles not conducted at least quarterly following backwash,
Settled water not measured and recorded daily for a conventional filtration plant,
Tracer study or alternative not conducted.
No Operation and Maintenance Manual.
