The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Surface Water Treatment Deficiencies Monitoring
1. Assure soda ash and polyacrylamide are NSF 60 certified chemicals.

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
2. Small hole in clearwell hatch.

Management and Operations Deficiencies
3. Water System Operations Manual - rules now require public water systems to maintain a current water system operations manual. This set of procedures should be system specific and cover essential aspects of the water system's daily operation and maintenance activities. For your water system, the operating procedures should include filter start-up and shutdown, and any routine inspection and maintenance tasks for the filters and reservoir. { OAR 333-061-0064 (2)(c) }
