  Comments:
SIGNIFICANT DEFICIENCY: No reference manual for daily operation and maintenance of the system. OTHER DEFICIENCIES: 1) System was put on notice that their NSF documentation needs to match the labeling of the chemicals in use at plant, even if that means their distributor must pursue NSF approval for their repackaged products. Not made into a significant deficiency this first time, but it will be in the future. 2) Corrections made to how some information was filled out in their monthly surface water operating reports. 3) Need to establish an inspection schedule for the reservoir (annually), and a cleaning schedule based on the results of those inspections.
