  Comments:
Significant deficiency: No reference manual for daily operation and maintenance of the system. Other Deficiency: Staff were put on notice that their NSF documentation needs to match the chemical product (labels) in use at the site, even if that means that their distributor needs to pursue NSF approval for the repackaged product.
