OAR 333-061-0036(9)(a)(A) requires that free chlorine residual be monitored at one or more representative points in the distribution at a frequency sufficient to detect variations in chlorine demand and changes in water flow, but in no case less often than twice per week. These records do not need to be reported but should be kept on site. At the time of the survey this was not consistently being done.
