| Comments: Recommendations: Source - Locate and submit to us the 2005 well log from when they had the well reconstructed to correct the seal as per the results of the 2004 Source Water Assessment report. Drinking Water Program will do a belated Plan Review on the well reconstruction. Monitoring & Reporting - Update the Coliform Sampling Plan to accommodate the requirements and terminology (e.g. "triggered" sample) of the Groundwater Rule, which became effective in Dec. 2009. No significant deficiencies or unmet rule requirements were identified. | ||||||
