The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
1. There was a small hole atop hatch on Otty South reservoir.
2. Screen drain gutters on all non-shoebox hatches on reservoirs – specifically Mather, and Otty East – to prevent animal entry and nesting. Inspect regularly to prevent clogging on the small drain spout.

The following recommendations were made as well:

1. Improve resolution of quarterly filter profiles for them to become a useful metric to evaluate filter media health and resilience.
2. Consider monitoring alkalinity when using Alum, lest the pH plummet.
3. Monitor raw TOC monthly to maintain the DBP monitoring reduction. OAR 333-061-0036(4)(e)(C)
