  • Unapproved well within 20 ft of Tekampe wells - Corrected. Construction reviewed (8/1/13). Well capped (8/29/13).
  • Seal around airline on Dyer Well #1 - Corrected 7/25/13
  • Verify Whispering Pines Reservoir overflow pipe end is protected with screen or flap valve - Corrected 8/1/13
  • No written Operations & Maintenance Manual - In progress
  • No written Emergency Response Plan - In progress
  • No written protocols for under-certified operators - Corrected (7/24/13)
