The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
1. Screen drain gutters on all non-shoebox hatches on reservoirs to prevent animal entry and nesting. Inspect regularly to prevent clogging on the small drain spout.
2. There was a small hole atop hatch on Reservoir #6. Incidentally, there was also considerable corrosion that could have compromised the hatch integrity.
