The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
1. One of Rosemont’s cathodic plate was loose and revealing a small hole that provided an avenue of contamination to the finished drinking water. -- Repaired 9 November 2012

The following recommendations were made as well:

1. The formally adopted 2008 master plan recommended replacing the 2.0 mg Bolton Reservoir with a new 4.0 mg tank beginning in 2010. No apparent progress has been made on this leading priority contributing to the current 4.5 mg deficit under emergency conditions. Reconsider heeding the master plan’s recommendations.
2. The inner screen atop Rosemont was peeled away. The larger gauge screen was still intact, however, providing enough protection for now. Remedy the misplacement. There was a small hole atop the vent. Cover the hole.
