The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
Several gutter-drain-style reservoir hatches were not water tight due to clogged hatch drains. Overflow water staining was apparent inside the following reservoir hatches, however all hatches should be re-evaluated by city staff to assure this issue is not endemic:

o Nansen
