  Comments:
Deficiencies from the 2013 water system survey:
  • The seal or gasket between the well cap and casing does not appear watertight to prevent contaminants from entering.
  • No written coliform sampling plan.
  • The DCVA in the Fire Control Building connected to the potable water supply must be tested yearly by a certified backflow assembly tester.
  • No written operations and maintenance manual.
  • No written emergency response plan.
