The deficiencies noted are as follows: 1. Unknown if Well #1 (Emergency) has a watertight sanitary seal and casing, a wellhead that terminates above grade, or a sample tap. Must Confirm. 2. Unknown if the hatch on either storage tank is locked or watertight, unknown if tank #1 has a screened vent. 3. New Community Water System - no Cross Connection Program yet. 4. New CWS - no written coliform sampling plan yet. 5. New CWS - no operation and maintenance manual or ERP yet.
