Storage/Pressure Tank Deficiencies
1. Missing or dysfunctional flap-valves on Reservoirs 1 & 3.

Monitoring Deficiencies
2. Develop coliform sampling plan. I realize that you have been installing sample stations around town in a geographically well-distributed manner that is representative of your water system. Update your sampling plan as needed while improving your system.

Management & Operations Deficiencies
3. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all operators
4. Get major modifications approved through this Department’s plan review process.
