The deficiencies noted are as follows: Treatment Deficiencies 1. Develop Standard Operating Procedures for all operators. 2. Perform Tracer Study at maximum demand flowrate. Management & Operations Deficiencies 3. Develop and update an Operations and Maintenance Manual and make it accessible. I understand that you are waiting for the new plant to establish these and your standard operating protocols.
