Comments: New water system, so "deficiencies" actually just "need to be completed" now that a PWS: 1. Record chlorine residual once a day in the distribution system. 2. Bolt concrete tank hatch. 3. Complete a Cross Connection Program, including an ordinance or enabling authority and test devices annually. 4. Complete a written coliform sampling plan. 5. Complete an O&M Manual and ERP. 6. Complete written standard operating protocols for other operators. Submit operator application and contract to the DWP. This site visit has not been entered into the deficiency database. | ||||||
