| Comments: New water system, so "deficiencies" actually just "need to be completed" now that a PWS: 1. Record chlorine residual once a day in the distribution system. 2. Bolt concrete tank hatch. 3. Complete a Cross Connection Program, including an ordinance or enabling authority and test devices annually. 4. Complete a written coliform sampling plan. 5. Complete an O&M Manual and ERP. 6.
