  Comments:
The deficiencies noted are as follows:

Surface Water Treatment Deficiencies
1. Perform Tracer Study at peak hourly demand flowrate when clearwell is at lowest level.
(Scheduled to begin Tracer Study 4.10.08)
(2. They grab one sample/day from slow sand, therefore no need for continuous turbidity monitoring.)

Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
2. Find or install flap-valves on Valley View reservoirs. (Now Oak Lodge Water District's responsibility.)

Management and Operation Deficiencies
3. Establish written protocols for each operator utilized, other than the DRC, that describes operational decisions the operator is allowed to make, and conditions under which the operator must consult with the DRC.
