| Comments: 1. A protective screen must be installed on the top end of the overflow pipe in the reservoir vault. A down-turned elbow may also be a good idea to prevent debris or contamination from falling into the overflow pipe. 2. The cracks surrounding the air vents on the reservoir side need repair. 3. Cross Connection Program: All backflow prevention devices must be tested annually. This office does not currently have a copy of the 2006 Annual Summary Report on file. Please submit the report as soon as possible. This site visit has not been entered into the deficiency database. | ||||||
