Monitoring - DWP is lacking required initial test result for AS, and some TC results. No Coliform Sampling Plan. Management & Operations - No Emergency Response Plan, No Operations and Maintenance Manual. Need to complete Plan Review process. May need to evaluate for GWUDI.
