  Comments:
The deficiencies noted are as follows: 1. Sampling for lead and copper is overdue. Sampling was due in 2007. Please sample at the 20 sites in the distribution system prior to September 30th, 2008 and submit the results to the State. Additional monitoring is also necessary for Radium 226/228 and Uranium. We will need one more additional quarter of non-detect data for both constituents, or three more additional quarters if there is detectable data. Please collect samples from the entry point as soon as possible and submit the results to the State. 2. Establish written protocols for each operator, other than the operator in direct responsible charge (DRC - Mark). These protocols will describe operational decisions the operator is allowed to make, and those conditions under which the DRC needs to be consulted.
