  Comments:
1. Move the combined filter effluent (CFE) turbidity monitoring location to before the clearwell (chlorine contact chamber), from after the clearwell. Oregon Administrative Rule 333-061-0036 (4) (b) requires that turbidity measurements for compliance purposes be collected on samples from the filtered effluent, prior to any storage. Storage includes the clearwell unit where additional settling and turbidity reduction may occur. Sampling before the clearwell will most accurately illustrate the treatment effectiveness of the slow sand filter units themselves.
