1) Monitoring for Total Trihalomethanes (TTHMs) and Haloacetic Acids (HAA5s) must be conducted. 2) A written coliform sampling plan must be developed. 3) An operation and maintenance manual must be written. 4) An emergency response plan must be developed. 5) The annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) must be developed and distributed on time. 6) A written protocol for operators needs to be developed.
