  Comments:
1. Conventional WTP with 2.5 log reduction for Giardia must measure settled water turbidity daily. 2. Filter profiles must be conducted at least quarterly. 3. All chemicals added to drinking water must be NSF approved. 4. All tank drain/overflow pipes must have screening or flap valves. 5. Cross-connection records must be kept current. 6. Water systems must have written coliform sampling plan. 7. Water systems must have a written protocol for non-certified operators. 8. A current tracer study must be documented, or a new tracer study is required.
