Source: -Raw sample tap to be identified or installed for Well BA by 04/30/10 Distribution: -Review testing of backflow devices 04/30/10 Monitoring: -Uranium 235/238 and gross alpha needed for 2 quarters starting Jan2010, then need will be evaluated. -Updated coliform sampling plan needed. Management & Operations -Confidence reports are not in the data base and not sent to users each year. -Need written protocols for other operators. -Not all major modifications through plan review and approved by DWP.
