  Comments:
The deficiencies noted are as follows:

1.Turbidity profile not conducted on individual filters at least annually.

The recommendations noted are as follows:

1. The raw water alkalinity should be collected at least once a week.
2. Installation of piping that would allow the option for filtered water to go to waste following a backwash
instead of directly going into the reservoir. This would also be helpful in the event the filters fail to produce water that
turbidity standards as well as discharging the water directly following a backwash.
