1. CT values not being calculated correctly.

The comments and recommendations are as follows:

1. Tilikum Retreat Center is required to monitor for Nitrates once per year, Coliform once per month
and to maintain and provide surface water treatment rule documents monthly.
2. I have included direction on how to perform a tracer study. Please review and become acquainted
with the process.
