Finished Water Storage Deficiencies
1. No flap valve, screen, or equivalent on drain.
2. No screened vent.

The recommendations and comments noted are as follows:

1. The activated carbon filter to remove chlorine will need to be removed. The purpose for the chlorine disinfection for the
shallow well is that is has shown a history of contamination including positive detections of E. coli bacteria.

2. Sample well for coliform and submit results for 2010 to state DWP prior to 1/1/2011.

3. Please ensure that nitrate sampling occurs at first user. I see 'hose bib' and 37936 Gordon Creek Road.
